The unique horizontal machining centres in the XpertK series stand out thanks to their enormous modularity and flexibility. The milling centres can be customized to match the specific requirements of our customers, and a wide range of options are available.
Reliability and process stability without compromise are key. Whether 3- or 5-axis machining with high torques or high-speed spindles – we offer a large selection of milling heads and motor spindles. Choose from different working units and tables to select the best specifications for your component sizes. We can of course help you to find the right clamping strategy and maybe even a suitable automation solution to increase your production enormously.

Choose your milling unit

Fixed unit
Standard version with vertical Y-axis and slide axis in the Z-direction.

Rotary unit
180° rotating working unit to allow machining in pendulum mode with potentially different table configurations and machine set-up during primary processing time.

Moving working unit
Working unit that moves in the Z-direction for stability-optimized machining by minimizing the protrusion or achieving longer protrusions to machine deeper parts of the workpiece.

Rotary table
Workpiece carrier table equipped with an interpolatable rotary B-axis and linear X-axis.

Cross table
Workpiece carrier table that moves in the X- and W-directions.

Slide table
Workpiece carrier table that moves linearly in the X-direction, standard version for most applications, and option to install another axis.
